Order Processing

• Your order will be confirmed through email within 24 hours of placing the order. 
• All orders are processed and shipped on the next business day following order confirmation.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the size of the order. 
• The applicable shipping fee will be directly given in the customers invoice.

Order Cancellation and Refund 

If you wish to cancel your order, please email shalini@glenburnteadirect.com at the earliest.

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch and will be fully refunded.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
